Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & delivery fees will be calculated and included in checkout total.

Shipping fees are non-refundable including on returned or refused packages.

FREE shipping is on orders that subtotal is $100.00 or more.

  • Subtotal of $100 or more is after all discounts, promotions, & coupons are applied and without taxes included. (On some sales or promos, FREE shipping may be suspended and will not apply).  

Shipping after order placed

  • Orders will be processed & shipped within 1-2 business days after your payment is authorized & verified.
    • If order is place after hours, it will be shipped within the following 2 business days.
    • If order is placed on a holiday that falls on a business day, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after that holiday. 
    • In some instances, orders placed by 12 pm CST Monday thru Friday, may be shipped the same day; but there are no guarantees.
  • All orders will receive an email confirmation when order is placed. You will receive another email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Our preferred method of shipping will be United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail. You will have the option of choosing USPS first class shipping or USPS priority mail upon checkout.

  • USPS priority mail delivery takes 2-4 days to receive. USPS first class mail delivery takes 2-6 days to receive. Delays may occur and we take no responsibility in any instances this happens. Once USPS has your package, we have no authority.
  • All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday.

  • If you would like to have your package shipped by a different carrier such as UPS, FedEx, etc. or to have shipped express/overnight thru USPS, UPS or FedEx, please contact us prior to your order. We may be able to accommodate you at your request, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • We currently ship to anywhere in the United States, including all APO/FPO addresses using USPS (United States Postal Services).
  • We do not ship internationally, but will add this service in the future.

Shipping/Mailing Labels

Our shipping/mailing labels are printed from the information you enter when you checkout. To guarantee that your package is delivered in a timely manner, please be sure your address, email, and phone number is fully entered and correct.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect information. If package is returned to us undeliverable, we will issue a store credit that may be in the form of Katoure Kollectiion e-gift card for the price of your item(s) minus the shipping charges (original fees minus the cost of package being returned to us). If this returned package received free shipping from us, we will deduct from your total to be returned, the cost we paid for shipping package to you and any other fees carrier may charge for returning package back to us.
  • We will do our best to assist you if you notify us of any errors prior to order shipping. But if you have already received a tracking number, the package will be in the possession of the postal carrier and it is beyond our control at that time.

Package Tracking & Delivery

  • All packages will have a tracking number. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping. You may also login to your account, if you created one, and check order status. 

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service) or carrier it was shipped through and file a claim. Katoure Kollection is not responsible for packages that is deemed delivered.​ In rare instances, we may be able to assist you.
  • In the least likely event that your packaged is delayed or arrive damaged, please contact the shipping carrier. Katoure Kollection is not responsible. In rare instances, we may be able to assist you.

  • Due to Covid-19, Katoure Kollection take all precautions in preparing and processing packages as safely & quickly as possible. On some occasions, there may be a slight delay with shipping & receiving. We will try our best to avoid any delays.

Pick Up & Delivery Options

You will be notified by email or text (through your info given during checkout) when your order is ready, typically within 2-24 hours after your order is placed. Once notified, you will be given information on scheduling delivery or pickup. Delivery and pickup is only available Monday-Friday, between the hours 12-6pm, unless other arrangements were made prior to ordering. 

If choosing one of these options, item(s) must be delivered or picked up within 3 business days after ordering. If not, order will be deemed abandoned and no refund for order or fees will be given. Katoure Kollection will not be responsible for no replies from you by email, phone, or text to have your order to you within those 3 business days.

If you are not at address on order for delivery or at address given to you to pickup at scheduled delivery time, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have item(s) mailed to you. We will not make a 2nd attempt to deliver or for you to pickup. If shipping costs is not paid within 3 days after your missed delivery or pickup, your order will be considered abandoned and no refund for order or delivery fee will be given. 

Reserved Shipping Rights

Katoure Kollection LLC reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or cancel customer orders made on www.katourekollection.com at anytime due to, but not limited to:

  • "Wardrobing" which is irregular or excessive returns

  • Irregular or excessive returns involving worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged or missing items.

  • Potential criminal or fraudulent activities
