Refund & Return Policy

Katoure Kollection will only process and issue returns as store credit. No refunds will be issued back to original payment method.

Original and return shipping fees or local delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • We have a 5 day return policy. 
  • You will need to mail your return item(s) back to us (postmarked proof required upon request), no later than 5 days after receiving package (date of mail carrier deeming package delivered).
  • Mail return merchandise to: Katoure Kollection, 5885 Airline Road, Box 65, Arlington TN 38002  
  • To shorten processing time, contact us by email to inform us of your return and reason you are returning item(s). Be sure to include in your return package, a copy of your invoice that clearly states which item(s) are being returned.
  • Please do not return merchandise back to us after the 5th day of it being delivered to you. If done so, we will consider it as a donation and discard at our discretion, which means no refund, credit, or item(s) returned to you.
  • You are responsible for the costs to ship back to us.
  • We will not be responsible for lost mail and will only be able to process return and give store credit once we have received item(s). 
  • If original order was received as a delivery or pickup, you will still be responsible for shipping costs back to us being you will not be able to return to location picked up nor will we pickup from place of delivery.

Store Credit

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If return item meets eligibility requirements, we will issue store credit in the form of a Katoure Kollection e-gift card within 5 business days after receipt.  

If item(s) is deemed non-eligible, and you request item(s) to be returned back to you, it is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs. However, if not paid within 3 days after we notify you by email or text of return status, we will assume you have abandoned the items and we will dispose of at our discretion.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition (original condition) that you received it in. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed or unused, no stains or perfume/cologne scents, with tags still attached, no damage, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to enclose in return package.

Damages and issues

We do inspect our merchandise for damages and defects upon stocking and before shipping and will not ship out defective merchandise. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving if you feel you have received a damage or defective item or if you receive the wrong item; so that, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Items on sale are considered final sale and is not eligible for return.
    • Promo(s) are not considered a sale.
      • In the instance of a buy one, get one free (BOGO) or buy one and get another at a percentage (%) off, both items will need to be returned to receive credit.
  • So please safeguard against being lost, stolen or not used by the person it is intended for. 
  • We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items, white colored clothing, t-shirts, bodysuits, swimwear or undergarments (such as, but not limited to, bodysuits, leggings, shapewear, waist trainers, etc.), handbags/purses, belts, hats/caps, jewelry, or sunglasses.
  • Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item prior to purchasing.


    No exchanges. In stock items are limited.  

    Reserved Rights On Returns

    Katoure Kollection reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or cancel customer orders, including, not accepting a return made on at anytime due to, but not limited to:

    • "Wardrobing" which is irregular or excessive returns.

    • Irregular or excessive returns involving worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged or missing items.

    • Potential criminal or fraudulent activities
